A Villager was ticketed on a charge of careless driving following an accident at 11:53 a.m. Sunday at RaceTrac service station in Lady Lake.
Lawrence Ralph Collings, 83, of 1451 San Clemente Court, told Lady Lake police he noticed a light illuminate on his dash board and was distracted and hit a vehicle driven by 51-year-old Audrey L. Hill of Leesburg.
Both drivers refused emergency medical care.
