Villagers’ son arrested for driving on license suspended due to DUI

A 42-year-old man living with his parents in the Village of Tierra Del Sol, was jailed on $10,000 bond following his arrest this weekend by Leesburg police.

Michael Patrick Len of 707 Del Rosario St. was arrested at 1:24 a.m. Sunday after failing to stop at a stop sign, according to an arrest report. The police officer discovered that Len’s license had been revoked in 2002 and 2008 for driving under the influence.

He was booked at the Lake County Jail.

His brothers, Christopher Len and Matthew Len, were arrested in 2014 after an altercation at McDonalds at Buffalo Ridge in the Villages. All three men have listed their address as 707 Del Rosario St. which is owned by Richard and Eileen Len, according to records from the Sumter County Property Appraiser’s Office.
