Villages Billiards Club invites Villagers to free event about making of ‘Heartbreak’

The Villages Billiards Club is hosting a free event from 4 to 5  p.m. Saturday March 11 at La Hacienda in the Carmen Miranda Room on the making of the new motion picture “Heartbreak” opening as a world premiere exclusively at the Old Mill Playhouse in The Villages.

HeartbreakThe presentation will be made by producer Randy Dyer of Central Florida and Executive Producer and former billiards Pro, and Pro Billiards Coach, Wayne Catledge. The movie is “based upon a true story centering on the life of a one time award winning professional billiard champion down on his luck who encounters a young Korean woman seeking to become the billiard world champion to save her son’s life. What ensues is an emotional and dramatic journey leading to a climactic event that will change their lives forever.”

This is a Villages residents-only, free event. No reservation is necessary, but requires your Resident ID for entry. Seating is on a first come first serve basis and subject to availability.

“The Billiards Club is expecting a full house for this exciting free event so recommends lining up early to get a seat,” said Billiards Club President Gale Bellew.
