Villages Health trying to make “one size fits all”

To the Editor:

It does not surprise me that the Villages Health System is trying to make “one size fits all” so there is more money coming back to them. I turn 65 next year. The few times I have had to go in, they always wanted me back in 3 or 6 months for more blood work, for what I do not know. I had to state my case that I would be in once a year for my check up UNLESS I needed them. Hard to do! They still put the wrong code for my insurance on the billing and I had to fight that. No, not superior service.
