Virginia J. Conn

Virginia Conn, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister went to be with the Lord on July 8, 2016 at the Lake Harris Health Center in Leesburg, Florida. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 14, 2016 at St. George Episcopal Church, The Villages, Florida. Reception to follow.
Ginny, as she was known to her friends, was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 4, 1927. She was the eldest of four children, raised two sons and held various positions in retail. Ginny loved spending time with her family, helping and caring for others, and reading.
Ginny is survived by her husband, Harvey Conn; son, Bradley Conn and wife, Kim; granddaughters: Erika Conn; Amanda Byrd and husband Hayden; son, Douglas Conn and wife, Brenda; granddaughter Kathryn Conn; grandson Andrew Conn and wife, Tiffani; and brother, Frank Kappel and wife, Patricia. She is preceded in death by her mother, Alice Kappel; father, Frank Kappel; brother, Arch Kappel; and sister, Alice Stevens.
