Wife arrested on felony battery charge after allegedly hitting husband

A 21-year-old Fruitland Park woman is free on $3,000 bond following her arrest on a felony charge of domestic battery.

Morgan Alyssa Keck, of 202 Iona Ave. Apt. B, was taken into custody Sunday after she allegedly struck her husband in the head with his keys, according to an arrest report from the Fruitland Park Police Department.

Keck had previously been convicted of felony battery on a person over the age of 65, the arrest report indicated.

She is due for arraignment July 27 in Lake County Court.
