A 20-year-old convicted felon was found by Wildwood police and U.S. Marshals Thursday morning hiding in the attic of a home on Fifth Street.
Police and marshals, armed with a warrant, went to a home in the 600 block of Sixth Street shortly after 6 a.m. They found Zantrell LaQuan Jackson hiding in an attic over an enclosed garage. A box of ammunition was nearby.
Zantrell had been convicted in 2013 of selling cocaine and marijuana in Sumter County. He is on probation through January 2016.
He was booked on $10,000 bond at the Sumter County Jail.
