Woman arrested on felony charge after allegedly slapping 89-year-old

A 65-year-old Wildwood woman was arrested late Tuesday night on a felony charge of battery after she allegedly slapped an 89-year-old woman.

Bela Kathleen Pugsley was arrested by Wildwood police at her home in the 7600 block of Rio Grande Boulevard in Wildwood, according to the arrest report.

She was transported to the Sumter County Jail.
