Willis E. Bartholomew

Willis E. Bartholomew, 92, of The Villages, FL, entered eternal life on January 14, 2017. Known as Bart, he and friend Chuck Decker were Starters at De La Vista golf course. Bart served in WWII as a flight engineer/pilot. He later retired as a mechanical engineer from Fluor Corporation. Survived by his wife of 38 yrs., Joanna; sister, Tamea Sutphen of Ohio; sons, Warren and David; daughters, Jeanne (Pete) Hildebrant of The Villages and Kathleen of Knoxsville, TN; and his wife’s four children, David and Tom Williams of Ohio, Nancy of California, and Jo Ellen of South Carolina. Bart was a member of North Lake Presbyterian Church, Lady Lake, FL.
