A woman died at the scene of a head-on collision early Saturday morning on County Road 466A.
Tisha Y. McNair, 36, of Ocala was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident which occurred at 1:57 a.m. on County Road 466A west of Buena Vista Boulevard, near Trailwinds Plaza.
McNair had been at the wheel of a 2007 Ford Focus which was westbound when it collided with a 2015 Ford van driven by Robert E. Browne, 54, of Summerfield, according to an accident report from the Florida Highway Patrol.
Browne suffered minor injuries and was transported to Leesburg Regional Medical Center.
According to state records, McNair was a certified nursing assistant.
