Women allegedly attempt to steal jeans, earrings, cologne from Kohl’s

Two women will have to appear in court next week to answer to charges that they attempted to steal merchandise from Kohl’s.

Rose Marie Ramirez, 53, and Diana B. Ramirez, 23, both of Lady Lake, allegedly tried to conceal three pairs of Levi’s jeans, earrings and men’s cologne and leave the store without paying for them on July 12, according to a report from the Lady Lake Police Department. The merchandise had a total value of $219.75. The women have been ordered to appear in Lake County Court on Wednesday.
