Won’t risk coverage under a pension plan for Villages Health

To the Editor:

Seems like Villages Health used us to build critical mass–then once they had a thriving practice, they are weeding out those that don’t generate the margins they want. We have Medicare and UHC/AARP coverage, but it is through my husband’s pension program. We would not risk cancelling this program for the Advantage program offered by the same company, knowing UHC has said they will stop participating in Obamacare which is going broke in 2017. How do we know they won’t cancel Advantage?
