King, a blonde Yorkie-poo, really was a “lucky dog,” on Thursday.

At 1:07 p.m. Marion County Fire Rescue responded to a call requesting assistance retrieving a small dog that had fallen into a rock quarry behind Our Lucaya Mobile Home Park (6800 NW Gainesville Rd., Ocala).

MCFR’s Tech Rescue Team executed a low-angle rescue and quickly pulled the four-legged resident to safety.
