Alice Brown

Alice Ann Brown, 76, The Villages, FL died on Thursday, July 25, 2013. She was born in Bridgeport, CT and moved to The Villages with her husband in 1994 from Connecticut.

She was a member of St. Timothy Catholic Church in Lady Lake, enjoyed golf, taking long walks in the neighborhood and generally loved The Villages lifestyle.

Survivors include her husband Frank; daughter Kimberly Joy Butts, The Villages; brother John Golas, Dallas, TX; stepdaughter Laura Mahmood (Tehar), Stratford, CT; stepsons Frank Brown III, California and Andrew L. Brown, Bridgeport, CT; 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held at the Lady Lake Chapel of Beyers Funeral Home on Monday, July 29, 2013 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM with a prayer service at 5:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Timothy Catholic Church on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 8:30 AM. A reception in the church hall will follow the mass.

Interment will be at 1:00 PM at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Timothy Catholic Church, 1351 Paige Place, Lady Lake, FL 32159.
