Mary Jane Mercer, 87, The Villages, FL died on Saturday, August 17, 2013. She was born in Buffalo, NY and moved to The Villages 2 years ago from Buffalo. She was Episcopalian by faith and was a member of the church home decorating committee. Survivors include her husband Ernie, The Villages; son John Mercer, Bradenton, FL and 2 grandchildren: Catherine and Christopher. A memorial service will be held at the Lady Lake Chapel of the Beyers Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at 10:30 AM with a gathering of family and friends one hour prior to the service. Inurnment will be in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL at 12:30 PM.
