Samuel Beard

Samuel Beard, 87, of Weirsdale, FL passed away Wednesday November 6, 2013 at his home. Mr. Beard was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee but moved to Central Florida in 1983. He was a pipefitter for DuPont Corporation.

Survivors include a son; Barney Beard of Lady Lake, and 2 daughters: Ginger Gilbert of Rock Springs, GA and Sharon Lanier of Weirsdale. nine grandchildren,   ten great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson.

Graveside services at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 10:30 AM with military honors provided by Spring Hill Marine Corps League Honor Guard.
