Fernando Varela and Forte release CD, to perform at Carnegie Hall this week

It’s a big week for Forte, the trio featuring Fernando Varela.

The group, made famous on NBC’s “America’s Got Talent,” will release their self-titled CD on Tuesday.

The album features the lead track “Caruso,” “The Prayer (a duet with fellow “America’s Got Talent” finalist Cami Bradley), as well as several songs the group performed on the show including “My Heart Will Go On,” “Unchained Melody,” and “Pie Jesu.”

On Saturday evening, Forte will perform at Carnegie Hall. The event is a benefit for The Golden Hat Foundation.
