Hearing Loss Association to discuss cochlear implants at Tuesday meeting

HLAA-Central Florida chapter will be having its next meeting at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5  at the Churchill Street Recreation Center, 2375 Churchill Downs, The Villages in the Triple Crown Room. The speaker will be Katie Figueroa, the engagement manager for Cochlear America’s. She will be accompanied by Brandy Harvey, area manager for Cochlear America’s. They’ll talk about new improvements to this Cochlear implant as well as answer any concerns regarding Cochlear Implants or hearing loss in general. The room is fully looped for  hearing assistance.
