Darlene Cholity, 66, of Lady Lake, FL, passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2016.
Born November 28, 1949 in Chicago, IL, she was the daughter of the late Bruno and Jean Kubiak.
Darlene is survived by her husband of 33 years, Steven; cherished Mom of Nicole, Lady Lake, FL; Steven, Luther, OK; Christopher, Fairfax, VA and Courtney, McHenry, IL; dear sister of Carol Kurth (Kenneth) of Lady Lake, FL; dear niece of Estelle Prusko (Walter), Palatine, IL and many cousins and friends.
Private services were held at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, The Villages, FL followed by interment at Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis, FL.
