A utility pole caught on fire Saturday morning briefly shutting down traffic on Rolling Acres Road.
The pole caught on fire at 9 a.m. at the intersection of Rolling Acres Road and Urico Golf Road.
Lake County Fire Rescue hosed down the pole to put out the fire.
Lake County sheriff’s deputies blocked traffic on the roadway for about 10 minutes.
Duke Energy arrived on the scene and power was restored to local customers four hours later.
