A 62-year-old man was arrested after he was found living in a Village of Orange Blossom Gardens home which had been purchased by The Villages.

The Villages had purchased the home at 1603 Magnolia Ave. on May 20. The home had been purchased from the estate of John M. Witkowski.

Witkowski’s son, Michael, was found at the home at about 2:30 p.m. Saturday, according to an arrest report from the Lady Lake Police Department. An officer reminded Witkowski that the manufactured home, which had been placed there in 1986, was now owned by The Villages.

Witkowski was arrested on a charge of trespassing and was booked at the Lake County Jail.
