Woman ticketed in accident at CR 466 and Rolling Acres Road

Emergency personnel were called to the scene of an accident at 12:34 p.m. Thursday at County Road 466 and Rolling Acres Road.

Ticketed as a result of the accident was 46-year-old Leanne Emily White of Fruitland Park. She was cited for careless driving. She had been westbound in a 2002 four-door Buick and attempting to make a left turn onto Rolling Acres Road, according to an accident report from the Lady Lake Police Department.

Her vehicle collided with 2007 BMW driven by 38-year-old Bernadette Gravier Enriquez of Oxford which had been eastbound on County Road 466.

Both women escaped injury, but both of their vehicles had to be towed from the scene.

The intersection has been the scene of numerous accidents.
