Wildwood woman arrested at Publix after attempting to steal youth renewal elixir

A 51-year-old Wildwood woman was arrested after she allegedly attempted to steal a bottle of Nexxus Youth Renewal Elixir at Publix in Leesburg.

Francine Ocello Jackson was arrested Saturday on a charge of petit theft, according to an arrest report from the Leesburg Police Department. Jackson, who has previously been arrested on theft charges, told the officer  she didn’t mean to steal the item, but did it because it was “just the high.”

She was also found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

She was booked at the Lake County Jail on $1,500 bond.
