A Summerfield man was arrested after he was caught driving a vehicle with a non-functioning headlight.

Edgar Depaul Powell, 45, had been at the wheel of 2008 Lincoln Town Car with North Carolina plates at 8:50 p.m. Dec. 7 when he was pulled over at Crossroads Plaza, according to an arrest report from the Lady Lake Police Department.
