Julia Merritt

Julia A. Merritt, 76, of Okahumpka, FL, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 20, 2018. Born March 9, 1942, in Gainesville, FL. She was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church of Okahumpka, FL. Survived by her husband, Tex Merritt, their two children Lisa Lee(Donnie) and Mark Merritt(Amy) and her two grandchildren Allen Lee and Blake Merritt. She has 6 surviving brothers, Charles White (Nadine), Bill Greenwell (Genie), Larry Greenwell, Steven (Sharon) White, Joseph (Sonja) White, and Eddie Greenwell (Bernice), and many extended family members.

A Services will be held on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at First Baptist of Okahumpka, FL. The viewing will be from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm. with the service at 1:30 pm. Graveside service will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens immediately following the church service.
