James Neal Neumann

James Neal Neumann, 93, of Leesburg, FL, passed away December 31, 2018 at Mike Conley Hospice House, Cornerstone Hospice in Clermont, Florida. Born to Nicholas and Isabelle Neumann on September 2, 1925 in Streator Illinois.

James served in the Army Air Corps during World War II, then went to college and received a Bachelor’s degree in engineering. He was an engineer for General Motors for over 27 years. He and his wife Pauline move to Leesburg in 1985 from Grafton, Ohio. He attended Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Leesburg, and was a member of the Kiwanis club.

James is survived by son Gary (Tess) Neumann and grandsons Scott and Mathew Neumann. A brother William S. Neumann. James was preceded in death by his wife Pauline.
