A vehicle with flat tires has been parked at a villa community in The Villages for more than two months.
The car, with Wisconsin license plates, has been sitting in the guest parking at the Rio Grande Villas, located in Community Development District 1.
Parking in the villa communities has long been an inflammatory topic in The Villages, particularly during snowbird season. Cars with out-of-state plates that appear to have been dumped are particularly frustrating.
A vehicle with California plates was a problem in the Jasper Villas.
In 2017, Community Development District 3 struggled over a dead man’s car left at the St. Simons Villas.
