Chairlifts at pools more important than replanting flowers four times per year

To the Editor:

Yes! Spending money for installing chairlifts at more pools is far more important in our community of aging seniors than replanting flower beds four times a year! While it may seem they are not used often, even if it helps improve the quality of just a few people’s lifestyles and makes them able to enjoy the same activities as most will be money well spent!
If there can be at least one pool in each village or local area installed then it will be a vast improvement. Please do the right thing. Thank you.
