Golf cart charger stolen from residence in The Villages

A Villager reported that a golf cart charger has been stolen from his home in the Village of Silver Lake.

The 61-year-old Villager said the chrome-covered 48-volt golf cart charger was missing from his home at the end of a cul-de-sac on Tangerine Circle, according to an incident report from the Lady Lake Police Department.

He told police his wife noticed it was missing on Monday when she went to get the mail.

A replacement will cost $1,000, according to the report.
