Deed Compliance has no teeth

To the Editor:

The problem with Deed Compliance is that it has no teeth.
I’ve been complaining about a neighbor for years and nothing ever changes.
Changes to Deed Compliance need to be made so they have ways of actually making residents comply with the restrictions they signed up for when they purchased their home. It’s frustrating for us residents that comply with Deed Restrictions in order to keep our neighborhoods as beautiful as when we purchased our homes.
