In case you missed the folk music boom on the 1960s, you’re in luck. That’s because The Villages Pops Chorus Folksingers are back for another Hootenanny, just like the old days.

The folk group Playnfoke will perform at ‘Give A Hoot 5,’ which will be held Tuesday, Feb. 19, at 6 p.m. at North Lake Presbyterian Church.

It’s “Give A Hoot 5” and it will be held Tuesday, Feb. 19, at 6 p.m. at North Lake Presbyterian Church. Tickets are $15.

Money raised will benefit Tutors for Kids Inc. and All One Family Inc.

The audience loves to sing along during The Villages Pop Chorus Folksingers’ Hootenanny shows.

Among the songs on the program include: “Michael Row the Boat Ashore,” by the Highwaymen; Gordon Lightfoot’s “In the Early Mornin’ Rain,” and Judy Collins’ “Both Sides Now.” The folk group Playnfoke also will perform.
