Darline Welsh

Darline Elizabeth Reid Welsh passed away February 14, 2019. Darline was born on August 10, 1925 in Punxatawny, PA. In her younger years, she was a candy striper and later went to Washington D.C. for a summer to work for the F.B.I. While in D.C., she met Harry Welsh. Later they married and moved to Youngstown, Ohio. Her love was playing golf and raising and showing Wire Haired Fox Terriers. She lived in many places with Harry and their son, Paul, due to transfers with Harry’s job at IBM.

Darline is preceded in death by her parents and husband. Darline moved to The Villages in 2008 to be closer to her son and family. She leaves behind her son, Paul, daughter-in-law, Ann, 3 grandchildren, Chris & Kristie, Lori & Ron Vaccaro, Andy & Jacqueline and two great-grandchildren, KC Micheal and Alexander Josef.

A Funeral Mass will be Friday, March 8, at St. Timothy Catholic Church at 8:30 AM.
