Lady Lake’s new chief of police will hold meet-and-greet at town hall

Lady Lake’s new chief of police will hold a meet-and-greet event next week at Lady Lake Town Hall.

Robert Tempesta, a long-time veteran of the Lady Lake Police Department, was sworn in as chief of police Monday evening in front of the Lady Lake Commission.

Members of the public will have the opportunity to come out and meet the new chief between 5 and 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 27 at the commission chambers at town hall, which is located at 409 Fennell Blvd.
