RJ Gator’s manager responds to second customer who was overcharged

Dear Diane:

I understand that you and a guest visited our establishment on a previous date. I’m sorry that you received a .50 over charge on your credit card during that date of your visit. Please contact me and we can go over your statement to find the reason for this over charge.
At anytime someone finds a issue with their bill, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve any issue regarding your bill.
