Gordon Flynn

Gordon H. Flynn, age 87, passed away on Sunday, March 17th, 2019, the loving husband to Mildred (Bunny) Curit at his side.

Gordon was born in Toronto, Canada July 31, 1931 and relocated with his wife, Elizabeth (Butch) Flynn and family to Coral Gables, Florida in 1964. After the passing of Butch and retiring from his position in auto parts sales he moved to Leesburg, Florida in 1999. 

Soon after relocating to Leesburg, Gordon married Bunny. He is also the loving father to Lisa Flynn and Teresa (Terry) (Michael) Rodgers, grandfather to Aubrey (Scott) Thompson and Alexandria Thompson, and great-grandfather to Jordyn and Griffin and cousins living in and around Toronto, Ontario. Survived by his beloved aunt, Amy McLean. 

Gordon had a love of driving and antique cars, and was a car enthusiast all his life. He also enjoyed skeet shooting, cooking and baking. NCIS was his favorite TV show! 

Family and friends are invited to a gathering of remembrance at Beyers Funeral Home, 1123 W. Main Street, Leesburg, Florida at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, March 27th and there will be a short service at 2:00 pm.
