Villages Tinnitus Support Group will meet at Churchill Street Recreation Center

The next Villages Tinnitus Support Group meeting will be at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, March 28 at Churchill Street Recreation Center.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a support tool utilized for tinnitus and anxiety, which go hand and hand.

The guest speaker will be Dr. Joanne Studer, licensed psychologist. She has more than 25 years of therapy experience and uses cognitive behavioral therapy, challenging unwanted behavior patterns to help people live a full and productive life.

In addition, Tanya Cunningham, from Healing Hands Wellness For Life, will be discussing Craniosacral Therapy and how it helps the Central Nervous System Balance, which may reduce tinnitus. There will be short demonstrations.
