Peggy Dempster Gibson

Peggy Dempster Gibson, 84, The Villages, FL died Thursday, March 21, 2019.

Born in Ivy, VA & graduating from Lane HS in Charlottesville, VA, Mrs. Gibson moved to The Villages with her husband, Verley Gibson Sr, from Nelson County, VA in 1997, shortly after retiring from banking. She was active in her church and many groups and organizations.

She was preceded in death by her husband and is survived by her son and daughter‐in-law, Verley Gibson Jr. and Janet of Mount Holly, NC; daughter, Kelly S. Gibson of The Villages; her granddaughter, Ray Gibson of Mount Holly, NC; many nieces and nephews; and many loving and dear friends.

A private service for family and friends will be held, Friday, March 29, 2019 at 1pm.
