Wildwood police seeking help in finding man connected to vehicle burglaries

The Criminal Investigations Unit of the Wildwood Police Department is seeking assistance in solving several vehicle burglaries in parking lots at assisted living facilities and/or special care facility parking lots.

The suspect in the Wildwood vehicle burglaries has been described as a black male approximately 5-foot-10-inches tall, weighing about 190 pounds. He has been seen wearing white-and-black Adidas sneakers, as well as an Adidas shirt and khaki shorts.

The victims have left purses and other items on the front passenger seats in plain view and the vehicles’ windows are broken.

Surveillance video also has shown a dark-colored hatchback, possibly a Subaru Forester, in the area when the burglaries have occurred.
