Shirley Ann Wambach

Shirley Ann Wambach, 83, of Summerfield went to be with the Lord, Sunday, April 14, 2019, surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Wambach was born January 12, 1936 in Tichnor, AR to Tom Marce and Eddie L’Reno (Mullen) Furlong. She was a retired Minister and Minister’s wife and moved here in 1999 from Knoxville, TN. Shirley was a member of the Hartville Allegany Wesleyan Methodist Church.

She is survived a son: Marty Wambach of Mineral City, OH; four daughters: Esther (Dennis) Carter of Hope Mills, NC, Robin Boutwell of San Antonio, TX, Rebecca (Jonathan) Covert of Ridgeville, IN and Rachel (Chad) Nuckols of Ridgeville, IN; eleven grandchildren: Michelle, Joey, Steven, Matthew, Alisa, Doug, Ethan, Emily, Josiah, Clare and Josie; eight great-grandchildren: Brandon, Michaela, Molly, Lilly, George, Sadie, Bexar and Beaux; two nephews: Tom and Kyelee.

Shirley was preceded in death by her loving husband, Martin and sister, Tommy Sue Keffer. Funeral services will be held 11:00am, Saturday, April 20, 2019, in the Calvary Community Church in Dallas with visitation prior to the service from 10:00-11:00am and interment in Crum Cemetery.
