Driver arrested during investigation of road rage incident on Morse Boulevard

A driver was arrested during the investigation of a road rage incident on Morse Boulevard in The Villages.

Sumter County sheriff’s deputies responded at 2:39 p.m. Sunday to Morse Boulevard and County Road 466A to investigate a “physical disturbance during a possible road rage incident,” according to an arrest report.

Upon the deputies’ arrival, two vehicles were found in the roadway, including a gray 2015 Toyota Camry driven by 22-year-old David Siedlecki, who lives in the Lake North Apartments on County Road 466 in Lady Lake. A K-9 alerted on his vehicle.

A search turned up a glass vaping pipe with an amber liquid determined to be THC Oil.

Siedlecki was arrested on a felony charge of drug possession and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug equipment. He was booked at the Sumter County Detention Center and released after posting $3,000 bond.
