Loretta Glass, 94, of The Villages went to be with her Lord, Monday, May 27, 2019, in The Villages, Florida.

Born, December 30, 1924 in Chicago Illinois to James C. and Helen (Malicki) Jaglowski. She leaves behind her children, Valorie Maynard (Zolli), Patrick Dunn and Michael Dunn; grandchildren, Joseph Dunn, Corey Dunn, Zollie Maynard, III, Lori Spencer and Julianne Baxter; great-grandchildren, Hudson Spencer, Dylan Baxter, Avery Kate Spencer, Trace Baxter, Zollie Maynard, IV and Oisin Baxter. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh many years ago.

Loretta was a strong independent woman who raised three children on her own. She was able to scratch and save during her life to eventually be able to travel to Europe, Canada and much of the United States and in 2005, found a wonderful place to live in The Villages.

Loretta was involved in the American Legion, VFW and Operation Shoebox. She loved her family, dogs, country, golf and had a good sense of humor. Most everyone she met liked her. Her life was very productive and appreciated. Loretta’s family appreciates the love and support of her neighbors especially Gennette and Noreen.
