No reason to keep failed restaurant open

To the Editor:

Those who are asking the ACC to keep La Hacienda a restaurant are not listening. The ACC is not in the restaurant business. The only way La Hacienda could stay as a restaurant would be if an outside interest purchases it, someone in the food service business.
However, La Hacienda is close to U.S. Hwy. 27/441and Spanish Springs, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. There is no reason to keep this failed restaurant open.
