We need a restaurant like PF Chang in The Villages

To the Editor:

What about putting in an upscale asian food restaurant like a PF Chang?
Brownwood has some open storefronts, too.
We like the Bosphorus restaurants in Winter Park and Winter Garden and think they might fill a successful niche in The Villages.
