Silver Alert issued for Villager with early onset of dementia

UPDATE: He has been found safe in Tampa.

The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office has issued a Silver Alert for 76-year-old Lawrence “Larry” Noel Frankovich of the Village of Tall Trees.

He is a white male, 6 feet, 180 pounds, has gray/brown hair and blue eyes.

He left his residence in The Villages to go to the local gas station about a mile away. He did not return home.

He was last seen around 8 p.m. Sunday. He has the onset of dementia.

He was last seen driving a gray 2016 Lincoln SUV, Florida tag of DHYM14. He does not have a cell phone with him. Unknown direction of travel.
