Lake County firefighters and a Leesburg Fire Rescue battalion chief battled a fire early Saturday morning at the Lady Lake Mobile Home Park.

When firefighters arrived at the residence at 100 9th St., they found a double-wide mobile home fully involved in the flames, with nearby structures being threatened.

Fire crews initiated a “fast attack” on the blaze and once it was out and overhaul of the structure was completed, they turned the scene over to the county fire marshal.
