The Lake County Sheriff’s Office is encouraging area residents to help the Tavares Police Department find Paul Lyles, pictured above, who was caught videoing a woman changing clothes in the dressing room at the Kohl’s in Eustis.

Tavares Police announced Tuesday that a felony warrant has been issued for Paul Lyles, pictured above. Once arrested, he will be charged with video voyeurism.

On Monday, Lyles was quickly confronted by a loss prevention officer and manager at the Kohl’s, located at 2700 Burleigh Blvd. in Eustis. He had been seen entering the store and walking directly into the women’s changing room in the intimate section, a sheriff’s office report states.

Lyles was caught hiding in the handicapped stall, with his phone under the door of the adjoining stall, where a woman was trying on bras and underwear. When confronted, he quickly ran out of the dressing room and then fled from the store in a red SUV. But the loss prevention officer was able to obtain clear photos of Lyles before he ran away.
