AAC should take its time on Hacienda Hills Country Club

To the Editor:

While “conceptual presentations” are great for stimulating imagination and consequently sales, I’m thinking that after the $350,000 faux pax, the AAC would be wise to sit tight and watch this one for a while.
If the opportunity is missed, what is the worst that could happen? Some other entity could get jammed much like we did with El Santiago?  Or a business could come in and perform a good service to Villagers? Is what was spent at the El Santiago worth the cost? The Developer has more resources at his disposal than the Villagers.  I’d be very leery of “full market price.”
