Turn Hacienda Hills Country Club into an Irish pub

To the Editor:

We have been homeowners since 2005. Saw the demise of Chula Vista and El Santiago. Also the change to a grill at Tierra del Sol. The country club atmosphere needs to be retained or something close to it, in the form of a Katie Belles. A dance venue, with casual food and drinks, no more theater shows. Also food and drinks for the pool area. Success at Lopez pool and bar. We don’t need more recreation centers. Many of us like to wine and dine, and do a bit of dancing. Make it an Irish pub!  Nothing like that in the The Villages. Do not let it die, like El Santiago.
