To the Editor:
Twenty years ago there was a cap on the amount of population in an age-restricted community in Florida. After a build out the used housing prices usually go up. At some point it must have been vacated because of the amount of homes the Morse family is building.
As I recall it was about 105,000. Therefore, used housing is competing with new construction. There were homes rented which the amenity had to be paid. Never did anyone dream we would be faced with apartment rentals that would have amenities. What happened to the old rules?
