What’s the ‘full market value’ of Hacienda Hills Country Club?

To the Editor:

Full market value is a vague term. The AAC should be told exactly how much the Developer wants for this property.
Several millions of dollars will need to be spent on bringing the property up to contemporary standards, plus of course the initial cost. I don’t think us residents need to be spending huge amounts of money to fix up the Developer’s property. If an outside company wants to take a big gamble that’s fine, but not the ACC or us residents. Did the Developer ask us about changing Katie Belles? Or building south of the Florida Turnpike?
Sorry, but I vote NO on purchasing this outdated property.
